I went to doctor yesterday and I am proud to say I lose about 8 lbs for 2 weeks. I have more energy and stamina to exercise this morning. I look healthier and happier each day. Thanks for the motivation and power that God gave me. Thanks for all the people who inspires and motivates me each day.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
