So wow, I have had about two weeks off of counting calories and let me tell you taht i have really lost my mind. I really takes a lot of work. on teh plus side i am still losing, but i have about 20 more that I weant to get rid of so as of today im back to my old self. but i am adding meat, well atleast chicken. hopefully my digestion will not suffer! Oh here it goes, i dont it will be as often. i think ill keep it to lunch only!! Keep it up girl! I havent lost faith in me!!
