So let me tell you that imback to all my old vices which is so bad for me. its in moderation and i am eating smaller meals sooo... i guess thats better tha nothing. but i got on the scale this moring and was at 194 again!! I am looking really good, but I wanna drop my last 14 pounds amnd get to 180. so im going back to my 1500 calorie diet and am agreeing not to eat out more than once thsi weeek! Getting up and cooking and cooking at night!! gotta lose this last litle poach!! I am at a size 10 and will probably be at a 10/8 when i done. so excited!! Never would have thought that i would look this good!!!
