i started the Renegade Diet about 3 weeks ago went from 168 - 165 then messed up on the long father's day weekend and was back at 169 but got back in the gym an am back on the plan :)
164.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
