Happy Monday to everyone! So this past weekend was a total bust dietwise. It was my best friends birthday and alcohol and way too much food was a huge part of it. I decided to jump back on the wagon this morning and not look back. One great thing that did happen was my family and some friends decided to start a "Biggest Loser" contest. It officially starts on 4/23. My husband and I both joined! We weighed in on Sunday. I am really excited about it. I think it will give me the motivation to actually get moving and do well. I am very excited that my husband decided to join as well. It will be so much easier to stick to the plan with someone else on it in the house. We are going to get a gym membership this week as well. I spent all afternoon yesterday planning meals for this week.

I wanted to thank everyone that sent me messages! It was so motivating this morning to log on and read them. I'd love to talk to someone that has done really well on Atins and get some tips from them.

Great to hear about the contest and your DH joining in. Mine's going to find himself joining me willing or not. LOL I love your attitude about this past weekend. My younger son's 12th bday is Sunday. I don't think that day will be too bad, but I think the trip to the pizza buffet place in the middle of the week is going to be really rough. I keep telling myself to stick to the salad. haha

I had a falling off the wagon weekend too Michham, but back on again and keeping up the positive attitude! That contest sounds really motivating. Good luck with it to you and your supportive husband! Enjoy the gym membership. I LOVE mine and find I really miss going to the gym on my off days! :)
