Going to try a gardenburger tonight on the advice of one of my FS buddies.... I ususally eat whatever I make the family, but smaller portions. I need to hit this a little harder, so dinner is usually my "big" meal. I am planning gardenburger w/ mustard and a small salad. Going to try this for a few days and hopefully it will help get closer to that magical number I need to see....(doesn't mean I can't fantasize that it is a real big, fat, juicy burger :) )
