Over the weekend I had anunexpected but good surprise. When I got out summer clothes, pants and jackets that were too tight the past couple of years, they suddenly fit, were even too big! This was bottoms rather than tops, but they, too, fit, though less commodiously.

I cannot account for it on loss of seven lbs but I think that my body fat has moved to stomach, back, and midriff area, and has left legs and hips. Also, stomach is flat now after two weeks of low carb and generally low bulk diet. However it happened, probably 200 dollars worth of nice spring clothes that now fit. Yay.

I have eaten more over weekends, but have remained low carb. I am paying this morning for having eaten a slice of bread, 4 oz ham, and some fruit as well as veggies on Sunday. I have had a temporary 3 lb gain, but I was 185 on Saturday morning. Maybe 184 next week!

Blood sugar starting to stabilize at 116/60 in am. and 134/67 in afternoon. More fluids? Certainly some caffeine.
