Starting to get the hang of cooking for LCHF. Winning, although very slowly, with the LBs. War with BG numbers, so far, is a bit more encouraging. Planning a conference with my diabetes coach in 2 weeks. Hope is to drop some diabetes meds at that time if progress continues at present rate. That's incentive to keep improving minimization of carbs.

You totally get this, diabetes loves carbs I cut mine to under 20 and it worked for me. Good luck!
