Well, I must say that thanks to the Challenge, I now weigh in on Sat. where I used to on Mondays. Weekends were my downfall and this weekend wasn't as hard as I had to record my weight on Sat. I have given myself one small cheat on Sat nights and it helped tremendously this weekend. Best weekend in a month. I am very focused, although didn't get enough water in yesterday. I am determined to break that damn 200 number on the scale within the next 2 weeks. I need to reach that first goal for the extra umph I need. Stay focused.... skinny girl needs out....

The challenge is a godsend for me too because of the weekend weigh-in! Stay focused and we'll soon all be saying ...here comes a skinny girl!

Well done on staying so focused! Keep it up, and make sure you do drink plenty of water, and you'll start seeing a 1 at the front of your weight in no time! Keep luck!! :)
