OK so this is hard one ..... last year around this time i got my heart torn out so after this i took a good look at my self and deiced that it was time for a new start to me ... I lost 15 pounds and was proud of my self it took a lot of dedication and work that at the time i was happy to do but as time went on and other life things raised i made one bad decision after another and here is stand with all 15 lbs back and and 5 to add on ..... ugh i need that same dedication again so here i go i my a life style change and praying that i keep it this time ....
