Day 11, and I have to say, the transition back into my old diet/exercise life routine has been much, much less intense than the first time around. It's been going well! I'm still not craving soda or fast food, which is just fine with me. I clocked in at 216.8 this morning, the lowest so far! I hope I can keep it up for my Tuesday weigh-in.
I am getting more compliments than ever, and it's such a great motivator. I want to look good, and I want to love myself more than ever.
