I am back...this is going to sound like a country song, but my dog got hurt to the point of being paralyzed for about a week. We thought we would have to put him down and were devastated. I am also a new mom to a 2 month old, and I am trying to balance caring for her and taking care of the injured dog, who needs bedrest but is stubborn about it. I am stressed and stress eating, and I am back to keep track of my intake/output. Hopefully I will be able to go out sooner than later and get some exercise in, being cooped up in this house is killing me.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
