Well this is my final week on the plan. I have not stuck to it as it is written but have still lost some weight. Think where I would be now if I had followed it like it was meant to be. A lot smaller I am sure but still I feel good about where I am at this time. I know that as the weather gets warmer I will do better because I won't be in the house all the time and I will feel like being outside and when outside I tend to do more in the exercise realm.
Have a Dr.s appmt on Wed. and hope to be able to get an x-ray of my back before I start going to the gym. I want to make sure that what I did to it last year didn't cause me more problems since I have quite a bit of discomfort everyday now.
If I could just stop with the Starbucks Caramel Frapps I think I could would be doing better in the diet dept. Coulda woulda shoulda. I hope I never get up to 200#s again in my life. I also hope I can get back to at least 150#s in this life.
