Easter came and went with similar food issues but with more wins than losses. I ate melon and fresh carrots instead of chips and candy. I ate minimal processed carbs. I over-ate. But I went to the whirlpool in the hotel that night and I ate a healthy fresh melon, sausage and egg breakfast in the morning followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill before leaving the hotel. i am enjoying the exercise so far. I have a salad and an orange for lunch. I have a green powder drink for this afternoon. I am looking at clothing again. I have not done that for years. I bought a new blouse yesterday without overthinking it for days. I feel hopeful.
