I am doing great eating healthy breakfasts, lunches and even the dinners after work. I chose a McD grilled chicken SW salad at last night. My problem area is snacking at home. There was Easter candy so I ate candy. I am doing well with exercise. I am feeling a little sore from the increase from inactivity to activity but i look forward to the treadmill, squats and arm weights. I exercise at work, at least once per day, and I am enjoying going to the gym after work. It helps that my husband signed up for the gym and is willing to go a few nights per week. So far, so good with the healthy habit changes.
