9:45 to ten, cool breezes but the the sun has warmed the earth enough that I can smell the sweet scent of hay, roses, and all those interesting weeds we have in June. I walked fifteen minutes, part of the time at 5 miles per hour. I am so much lighter on my feet eating only protein and milk in a.m. I don't know why. It's as if, when I eat bread and so on, and more calories, that my body were filled with something heavy and I feel tired, sleepy, and somewhat depressed. Blood pressure this am after resting at computer 116/63. Blood sugar still high because of taking 1000 mg of niacin a day. Wt up slightly but I ate more meat yesterday than I usually do.
