Currently running 2-4 miles a day at an average speed of 5.5mph. Drinking lots of water, lowering carbs intake as possible, as well as calories, and trying to consume enough protein 1g Times My Weight.. just for now... Gotta get them six pack abs ASAP! No Sodas No Beers No Fried Foods
