i cheated badly on wednesday. i have been very stressed and i really tried. i eate all my food even an apple, which i never eat because i was craving something so bad. at the end i caved in. ate a peace of pizza, 4 mini cup cakes and beans and rice. i just when crazy with carbs. i did feel i gained weight i just don't how much because i wast about to weigh myself. i got back on the wagon and continue, eating right with one meal a day high in protein and low in carbs.

i will continue until i finish all the drops which should be another 2 or three weeks and the go into phase 3!!!!

i had no idea how out of controll i can get eating carbs.

Whatever weight gained was most likely water weight, so no worries. It’s because your body needed them. You’ll be fine, just continue the deficit as normal and you’ll have nothing to worry about 👍🏻
