Today I am grounded. Probably tomorrow too and even the next couple days. Snow is falling in flakes the size of nichols and quarters, there is at least 6 inches out there, it is beautiful and I am locked in the house with enough food to do some real harm. I live in the hills and even getting out of the driveway is an impossible task.

I could clean this house . . it is my first day off this week so it needs a good cleaning, but if you are confronted with forced relaxation, it does not seem like the thing to do. I should relax. Even though the peanut butter and jelly are calling me from the kitchen. THat and a movie would keep me real happy.

I have not done the grocery shopping for the coming week yet . . like I said, it is my first day off. I am down to what did not get eaten last week. I'm not worried about starving, just getting into the wrong things. What a predicament.

Okay, off to the hard task of relaxing. I weigh in tomorrow, so it will probably be evident what I decided to do with my time off!

Oh the pitfalls of winter weather! I hope you win the battle with the peanut butter! Take care. Stay strong. Keep going. You can do it!

take everything "bad" out of the cabinet and refrigerator, store it in an ice chest and put it outside. Then you won't see it and it'll be harder for you to get to it.

We are getting a storm warning for tomorrow and as i was too lazy to get groceries today I too will need to be strong but ..... today was my eat day so with lots of water tomorrow I will manage. Have a hot bath, take a walk in snow before it gets too bad ---- anything to get the picture of those peanut butter/jelly sandwiches out of your mind. With me it is peanut butter and the canned frosting - now how crazy is that and way too old to be pregnant!!!!!! If all else fails go to sleep. You can do it!!!!!!!!
