Well, I am really struggling with my puffiness. I have been on a 'high fiber' diet and worked some whole grains back into my meals ... and, well, it isn't making me feel great. I think I am going to cut out the whole grain breads and stick to beans, lentils, brown rice, and prunes. I noticed my upper arms are dry-ish and have some rough skin now ... this isn't usually the case for me.
I am ready to be done with my genetic study and get back on the slow carb diet. I must say that including some fruit and whole grains (brown rice & wheat berries) may be in my future.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
