I continue to be amazed and impressed by all of you and this great site....I am truly hopefull that I can have a big drop on my scale soon, but have yet to see it happen..I must be doing something wrong...I know that it will come in time, but I want to be the next one writing about being down 15+ lbs...GOOD FOR YOU ALL even if you have just lost one...I do feel thankful becuase overall since starting to "diet" I have lost 10 lbs, but it is amazing to hear about people dropping that in a 2 week period...KEEEP IT UP!!! It really makes me feel excited about this...
Oh, go YELLOW! :)

GOOD FOR YOU! 10 pounds down from whenever the diet began is great results! Not everyone loses quickly, I am more like you and am quite satisfied being down 10 pounds. They say the longer it takes the better it is for you to maintain weight loss.

10 pounds gone is great! You'll get there! I agree with susieq1941, losing slow usually means you will know how to keep it off for good.
