If you have a sweet tooth replace with frozen berries leave them out for a hour so there’s still a bite to them almost like eating sweets

I chew sugar free chewing gum and drink lots of hot tea. Really seems to help for me.

"Gullon" do a range of sugar-free biscuits. "Naked" do sugar free-fruit bars.

I love the bottles of flavoured water, no sugar added of course. It stops me craving fizzy drinks and it's much cheaper than pepsi or coke!

Alpen bars are 70cal and sweet. there's a diet ice cream everyone seems to enjoy called Halo. I like to have chocolate every day though, could never eat half a bar, so I buy the smaller bars that are around 120cal.

Halo Top ice cream is a good replacement as it is low in calories and sugar and full of protein, but not on the daily basis obviously. If you craving chocolate, I would suggest 40g of dark chocolate. I also used to order graze boxes, as they have those small punnets and you can choose your snacks to be no more than 150 calories, and they do have some nice sweets. Also, berries, fruits, honey or protein bars, but again all in moderation. 🙌🏻 But to be honest, if you crave sweets or salty food and etc., then your body is probably lacking in some nutrients, as for example if you crave chocolate you probably low in magnesium and you can find out which other foods are high in it and add it to your diet instead. Or another reason could be your emotional need, as the same chocolate increases serotonin, which you can increase by exercising for example. 🤗 All I want to say, is when you changing your diet and eating habits, sometimes you need to look deeper where all the craves or other problems are coming from to improve yourself 🌸

I had never heard of Gullon biscuits but saw them today at Tesco and bought some. I had 2 oreo types that were sweet and filling and came in at 86 calories for 2, quite high in fat and have a sweetener added called maltitol. But they killed my sweet craving dead! Good for emergencies as long as you don't eat the whole box!

I eat more fruit than I used to but it's usually still around a meal time. I haven't put anything in the place of the sugary foods I used to eat as I wanted my whole food diet to be completely different.

Sweet stuff is my biggest fail so I replace sugar for Xylitol in hot drinks. Only thing without bad aftertaste. Rich tea finger biscuits help when nibbling (only 22 cals each) without further triggers for more and more like chocolate and other sweet things do.
