today i was expecting to wake up to a big loss just because i don't feel bloated and feel like i lost several inches. so i woke up with a 3 lbs loss from 5 days ago!!!! test weigh in will be next week. i feel so much more motivated every week in this process because seen a .2 loss on the scale every day makes me anxious and i feel like eating. I have 3-4 weeks to go. i did cheat once but it was protein instead of carbs. coffee i have been able to have it black surpricingly. i have being eating more protein than what the diet allows but i am loosing weight, im not weak and tired which means most likely its mostly fat.
yesterday I was very sleepy took an hour nap and felt great after.
i am taking the supplements
-iodine -magnesium -potassium -collagen -b complex -guarana
b complex and guarana i take it mostly in the morning with water, it gives me constant energy. guarana i can not take with coffee because i feel like my heart is going to come out. Iodine i take it before bed with magnessium because it relaxes me and i can sleep confortable. potassium for some reason gives me energy so mid-day it works great.
