Busy day. Ate a great dinner. Even had 6oz. Pork chop. Can’t even remember the last time I did that.
I made home made chicken breakfast sausage after dinner. I used to make this all the time but had gotten away from it. It will make a great addition to breakfast before I swim.

Would you share your recipe for the sausage? 😊

Dkr61– thanks for asking. I have been doing this for so long that I don’t even have a recipe. I started by pulling a few off of the internet and trying them then just tweeted until I got to something I like. I use chicken, but there are ones for turkey, pork and a combo. I make large batches, sautéed them in a hint of olive oil just until about half cooked.. cook, freeze and pull one out at night before I go to bed to thaw and in the morning just nuk for a minute or so and you have a breakfast addition that has solid protein in it. I do grate an apple and lots of onion. Give it a try— I think you will like it.
