What a shock to see 159 on the scale! Lost 6 pounds in the last 4 weeks, so I am absolutely on target of 1 pound/week+. I credit: exercising each day, drink lots of water each day, "eating on purpose" ie planning my weekly meals with no surprise snacking (aka junk food).
