This week started with our annual missionary conference - a banquet on Saturday, big meals on Sunday, Katana Buffet on Monday afternoon and Pizza on Monday evening. I was WAY OFF of my diet and didn't even try to track it.
But I was able to get back on track Tuesday and evidently minimized the damage.

I don't recommend this as a strategy.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
