this weight loss was in the last seven days. Finally got back on modified atkinds--counting calories, lean protein, lots of veggies that are low carb,
organic unsweetened soy silk, greek yoghurt (moderate amts, ct calories.)
187.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
