I just went to bed yesterday. Lol. I was exhausted. I should have worn my shape ups. I'll wear them today. God I want some exercise equipment so bad. About to get up and do some housework. So much protein today! I looked up online and it said I should be getting a minimum of 70g of protein. So I'm trying really hard to get more in. Ive known I needed a lot more though becuase my diet is based around mostly vegetables.
