In a few minutes I'm getting to execute my first planned de-load. I plan to cut the weight to 60% across the board, and cut the body weight reps by 60% as well. I've been hitting it pretty hard since last August. I've had a few days off here and there due to travel, family, illness as such, but other wise all my exercises conclude with going to failure in attempts to achieve new personal gains. I had to take yesterday off due to officiating a funeral, so altogether this weeks going to be a breeze. My resting heart rate has steadily climbed to approx 8 bpm over my last 4 year average, not sure the cause, but hoping this will help. If not I think due to HR, extreme fatigue, and equilibrium slightly off I will seek medical attention.
