I finished my first planned 60% d-load exercise. I will have to admit that I was anticipating this to be like walking to the mailbox, boy I was somewhat surprised. The intensity was a little tougher than I anticipated. I guess my all out exercises are a bit much. Four days to go, and then next week up to 80% of max. BTW here in mid MD it is snowing like crazy and they are calling for 6"-10", I'm expecting March to leave like a lamb.
