Good morning!!! I haven't weighed myself lately, but I measured my waist this morning and it is 33 inches now. That's down an inch. Maybe I will weigh in tomorrow.
I have gone to water aerobics twice this week. but not much else except cleaning and working. Must be more active. I still feel great and the cravings are gone. So happy about that.
That alone is reason enough to do this for the rest of my life.
