Today is the beginning of week 7 of P90X for me! I've only missed 4 workouts, 2 in recovery week, and 1 each week after that. They were 3 Yoga and 1 Stretch. I'm pretty flexible, so I am not too worried. Otherwise, I think I've been making pretty good progress. I'm really loving that I am halfway there! I definitely see P90X+ in my future.
I'm not really losing weight or gaining it now. Not sure what to do about that except keep on keeping on. But there's a train of thought that says doing the same thing over and over expecting different results is called insanity. And I haven't started the Insanity program yet. :) All my years as a personal trainer tell me that what I am doing is right, working very hard and eating pretty clean. I have a feeling that a lot of what's going on right is redistribution because I notice that clothes fit differently, although not necessarily looser and people are telling me I look like I've lost weight.
