Good morning! Tell me it's ok that I ate some things that aren't good for me. Tell me it's ok and sometimes I can enjoy myself. I didn't go to crazy, but I did make some non keto choices this weekend. Today I am back on top. Being very aware of what I eat, and measuring. Tomorrow is weigh in *sigh*.....
