Went all Rocky IV style yesterday (sans snow) and trail ran and hiked for 90 minutes layered up with a sweat belt, t-shirt, long sleeve sport shirt, old school gray hooded sweatshirt, cargo shorts, and crosstrainers. I dug deep and pushed it to the limit and was nearly exhausted afterwards. Digging deep paid off. I reached my goal weight this morning :D

haha. shoot... I guess I could post up a 185 one. Although, i've still got some love in these handles! No wait! I'll post up a pic that shows 190, 185 and 180 to see the change :D. so 5 more lbs :)

That, my friend, is the trick! Well as long as I keep this fitness train going, I'm sure to be victorious! I'm in the zone right, but tonight I have to rest. I've done cardio 4 days in a row and boy are my legs feeling it. Especially after a 10 mile hike last night :D
