Today was the first day of me doing Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred.. She really does kick your ass in this workout BUT that's the only way you will see a dramatic weight loss. When I first tried this video about 1-2 months ago, I couldn't get past the first 5 minutes. . . how embarrassing. I got through it and my arms are still shaking but it feels good.. you really work up a sweat! Right now, because I feel so HUGE, I don't know if i can go the 30 days but i'm gonna start off slowly and definitely make the effort to at least do this for 7 days straight and see if there is a huge difference in my endurance and any weight-loss or loss in inches.
