Does anyone else think that Slim-Fast products are just a bit high in carbohydrates? I am on the 'Up to 140lbs' Slim-Fast plan and it recommends that I drink 2 shakes a day (one with a small meal and one as a meal) and that alone is 48 carbs. That basically restricts me from eating anymore carbs for the day.

I think the UK plan is a bit different, but I don't count the carbs anyway. All I'm really concerned with at this point is having a plan that actually works! Why do you feels that you need to restrict carbs on this diet? If you are worried about the amount of carbs you're eating, this might not be the plan for you... Good luck with it! :)

I am mainly concerned about calories, not so much about carbs, but I also know that you really shouldn't consume a whole lot of carbs. I usually just like to keep track of most things that go in my body, protein and calories being the main ones. But the Slim-Fast diet really works for me and I've been doing it for quite some time now and would like to stick to it! :)
