what have I been doing? bad decisions, minimal exercise, no valid excuse. my knees have been hurting. this weight is damaging me. I need to fix this. one meal at a time, right? *whimper*
197.0 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
