Oh man. I do this to myself routinely; it's a sick cycle of "eat good, train good, feel good", hit a peak and slide right off of it. I really want to commit to getting to a comfortable weight. Words are words though, got to actually get out there and do it. Monday's as good of day as any to start. Packed myself a light lunch and my gym shoes. Time to lose what I've gained.
