I started watching my calories 5 days ago. I try to eat anywhere from 1300 to 1800 a day. I workout 3 days a week, anywhere from 30 min, 45 or a hour. I do my WII Shape or go to the gym and walk to treadmill for a hour. I have just tried working out for almost a yr now and have only toned up. I really want to lose the weight! I hope watching calories will help me get to my goal!

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 April 2010:
