Hi, I'm 29, been married to the most amazing man for 6 years and we have 3 wonderful kid's :) Our youngest was born almost a yr ago and I have been working out since and have only really toned up my body. I'm now ready to start losing the weight, so last week I started watching coleries. would love to meet other's who are also watching coleries so I can have someone to talk to :) Anything else you want to know just ask :P

Is it okay to weigh in a day early??
I am thinking about weighing today instead of tomorrow. We are going to have a busy day today and we will be eating out more. I would go back to weighing on Sunday next week, will it hurt me If I weigh in today? Just wonted to know if it really makes a difference weighing in a day early? ThanksSmile

What is going on?!?!?!
I gained the something last two weeks!! I'm watching what I eat and working out 3-4 days a week! I know it's only 1.5 pounds in two weeks, but that is what I gained last time to so that means I have have gained 3 pounds in a month! I am below my weight goal, but now I'm like I should start weighting myself once a week again...Help!!!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh in every 2 weeks. I use to do once a week, but I'm right where I want to be and don't feel like I need to do it has often. If I start to lose track and gain lots back, I will go back to once a week.

Do you workout the day before weighing in??
Hi, I was just wondering how many of you workout the day before you weigh in? My hubby tells me that I shouldn't workout on Sat, since I weigh in every other Sun. Today though my body was telling me to workout so I did 30 min of the treadmill and 42 min of pilates. Now I'm worrying about weighing in tomorrow morning. I'm drinking lots of waterSmile thanks.
