Happy Easter to all. Its been a disaster for me on the diet front though. I am glad its over and I need to get back into the swing of my diet. Chocolate has over taken me this weekend. I have none in the house now and I am having a real strict time from now on. I Know that the scale is going to make me feel awful on wednesday but its my own damn fault and I have to ask myself " Well , was it worth it?"
When I think upon the times my clothes have felt loose or that scale keeps going down I have to say that nothing compares to THAT feeling. So why did I do it? But I don't have the answers and I just have to get straight back into the regime and quit moaning. Its not the first time that sugar overtook me. Remember the muffins! They didn't stop me getting back on and carrying on losing did they. So pull yourself together, forget the weekend - a new week commences and the chocolate has been banished...

Try to figure out why you gave in this time - were you lonely, overtired, bored w/your food choices or angry. If you can figure out why you gave in and can help prevent you from doing it in the future. But I agree pull yourself together a new week has begun...
