A weekend of parties and big meals. Well, after the anniversary party for my parents yesterday I'm going to be more careful today, and work in some more exercise. How do you track the exercise done at a picnic? :)

Apparently, over the last month when I thought I had been doing so well and averaging about 1400 calories per day I have been starving myself. It did seem a bit odd that one days I would eat more some weight would come off. Anyway, doc says I need to keep things over 1800 calories. Without adding in a few healthy snacks its going to be difficult for the most part (unless there is another family get together).

So, here's the plan. I'm going to start taking some fruits, nuts, fiber-one bars and other such items to add in a 150 to 200 calorie snack mid morning and mid-afternoon. I'll probably even set my work calendar to give me a reminder to eat said snack.

On the plus side of everything I very close to my milestone weight of 275, and I still have the rest of this month to lose that weight.
