Day 1 Found this from a very good friend, Dave, who has lost a lot of weight using this website. I am very skeptical, mostly of my own motivation. I like food. A lot.

You'll do OK - good job getting this first day entered. You were almost in balance there - just get rid of the regular coke, or one of the slices of pizza, and you'd be on the way to losing weight. Pizza was the hardest food for me to regulate, but now I'm eating mostly thin-crust, which helps a lot, and trying to limit it to four pieces. That might work for you. I think the key is to eat a few pieces and then stop for a bit to let your hunger die down - the extra pieces for me were just because they tasted so good, not because I actually needed them.

yea, I stopped at 5 pieces, then julia couldn't eat her half of the pizza, so I helped her :/
