I thought I would be relieved to see the weight falling off but I am honestly a little concerned. I got the flu last week and I didn't really eat much during that time. I actually wish I wanted to eat... Anyhow, woo hoo I guess! Another 2 pounds.

I'm holding out hope that I will be feeling energetic again soon. I am trying to do strict AIP. Now that my inflammation is finally controlled I am not about to f it up again with my own bad decisions (see taco bell).

Off to make banana chips, fruit leather and steam some chicken in the instant pot.<3
