SOoooooooo, I ended up staying up till like early early in the morning reading again~! Dang, I need to start going to bed earlier, school is only 3 months away with the possibility of Japan in there~! BUT the vitamins are doing awesome things for me as I'm starting to lose my water weight already. I must keep up the good work~!
185.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1394 kcal Fat: 74.43g | Prot: 51.65g | Carb: 133.38g.   Breakfast: Ketchup Chips, vegetable oil, ketchup, smoothie, asian pear, Strawberries, mushroom, egg white. Lunch: shredded chedder , ranch dressing, cucumber , lettuce, Pita Bread, chicken . Dinner: salad, rice, ranch dressing, soy sauce, Pork. more...
