Day I woke up super dehydrated~~ v_v ~ This means I'm totally not drinking enough water~ Also, tonight I'm excited to YOGA~ that is HOT YOGA~~ I've gone twice before, but now I'm super excited~ to go

SOoooooooo, I ended up staying up till like early early in the morning reading again~! Dang, I need to start going to bed earlier, school is only 3 months away with the possibility of Japan in there~! BUT the vitamins are doing awesome things for me as I'm starting to lose my water weight already. I must keep up the good work~!

Yesturday I started to take my vitamins~! They have helped me feel more energetic~! I was even able to clean the fridge out, clean the kitchen and carry all the groceries up stairs by myself. I did this all after I'd went to work ^^ I want this program to stick so I need to really work at it~!

I'm consistently feeling sleepy, even after I've just woken up after a few hours of sleep~! Today, I'm starting to take my vitamins again. I hope this will help with my lack of energy~!
