Well my weigh in was good. I lost 1.4lbs. I skipped my weigh in last week because i knew my holiday weekend was not great with eating and drinking. I didwell during the week with exercising and counting my calories. Last weekend I drank as well. but I still lost. I guess all my walking and yard work helps. We have no more parties lined up so it should be easier on the weekends.
