It's been about three months since I weighed in, and I'm just happy I haven't gained any, except 0.8 pound. I haven't been doing anything to lose weight, and I honestly was afraid I had really put on the pounds. I'm glad to see I haven't. I still would like to reach my goal weight, so I am going to start eating better today!
