Woohoo! Just measured myself. Although I'm not losing weight, I've lost 1.5 inches off my waist, and 3 1/4 inches off my butt! Gained 3/4 of an inch on my thighs and 1 1/4 on my calf, but I can tell by the look that it's muscle gain.

Thanks! My hubby commented last night, "Your butt looks smaller." and told me he could tell I was shaping up because my boobs looked bigger...lol!

I lost many more inches than pounds because I started strength training right before I started my diet. It is great that you took measurements so you can still see success even though the scale doesn't budge. Great job!

Way to go! That is what really will matter, although we all want the numbers on the scale to go down. I need do do measurements to and haven't yet. It is encouraging to hear it is working. Keep at it!

I have a sheet of paper on my fridge that is kind of a checklist... I mark how long I did different exercises (treadmill, cardio, weights) and beginning and ending measurements for a week at a time. It keeps me on track, and when I go to open the fridge, it makes me think if I REALLY want anything to eat or not. :)
