Yikes! The dreaded gain I have just been waiting for. I had an "off the diet" weekend. I honestly tried hard to follow it most of the time. I had soup instead of hamburger and fries, for instance. I didn't do most of the snackie stuff. I did, unfortunanately drink too much wine, and I had one binge of Doritos. Oh well, I'm not letting this deter me. I'm back to sensible eating as of this minute. After all, I am still down 4 pounds at the end of week one.

Brush it off...Get back on the wagon and kick some butt this week :-)...We all have moments...we need to admit them - You Did, we need to move passed it - and You Did! Congrats on losing 4lbs! Way to go.

Forget about this past weekend; the way I see it, you are lucky you are down 4 pounds, and as you continue try extra hard to eliminate the "bad" foods - you won't even miss them after a while....check out all the recipes on this site, and your mouth will soon be watering for them; really!!!!!!
